As 80% of our products are made in the US our delays in manufacturing are changing daily. At this time we are experiencing delays with the current products due to local shelter in place orders:
Expected to begin production the week of April 6th:

- Wallpaper/Stair Risers/Peel and Stick
- Passport holders
Other items may take longer to process due to Austin being our home and being under a shelter in place order. We will continue to do everything we can to help you with your orders and we are still here to assist you.
Katie Kime has introduced flat rate shipping on all new orders within the 48 Continental United States as of February 1st, 2017. All other locations and countries are subject to standard shipping rates.
Katie Kime shipping policies are subject to change and may be revoked at any time. Katie Kime reserves the right to charge shipping on orders that do not follow this policy.
Standard Katie Kime orders require 2-3 days to be processed and usually ship within 5-7 days. Please note that all custom monogram, clothing, linens, wallpaper, and fabric orders take more time to process and generally ship within 2-3 weeks.
Furniture orders are make to order and ship within 8-10 weeks. Please note that depending on the project and level of customization of furniture orders may take more time to ship.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase or if it was a custom order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If there is damage to the box you must take photos of the damage for record. Upon inspection if there is any damage please document the damage and send photos to customer service.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately final sale items cannot be refunded.
Custom Orders (if applicable)
Custom items may not be refunded due to the customization to the product. This includes monogramming and wallpaper.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If an item is defective or damaged, send us an email at email@example.com and we will send you a shipping label to return your item to: 9705 Burnet Rd Ste, 320 Austin, Texas 78758. Once it is received and inspected we will ship the replacement item.
If you would like to exchange an item for another size please return the item and upon inspection we will replace the item free of charge. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
if the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give you late, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
