Shipping & Returns

Most of our items are custom, made to order, for each individual customer. We work diligently to produce, package, and ship your order in a timely manner. Lead times are subject to change as the situation is fluid.

Once your item has been shipped, please allow 2-3 business days for tracking to update. If you have any questions or concerns, please email Katie Kime shipping policies are subject to change and may be revoked at any time. Katie Kime reserves the right to charge shipping on orders that do not follow this policy. 


We offer the choice of free pick-up at our location for all products EXCEPT cell phone cases, framed art, ice buckets and dinnerware.

  • Standard processing times still apply. 
  • Once you order is ready for pick-up, you will receive an email notification from us.
  • We are located at 3006 Longhorn Blvd, Suite 110, Austin, TX 78758
  • Pick-up times are Monday through Friday 9-5
  • Orders not picked-up within 60 days of notification will be refunded and returned to stock.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase or if it was a custom order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If there is damage to the box, you must take photos of the damage for record before mailing back.

Sale items 
Sale items may be exchanged, but not returned. Outlet/Final Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at within 14 days of arrival.

Non personalized gifts are eligible for exchanges or store credit within 30 days of product receipt.

  • Once submitted, you will receive an email response from Customer Service within 1-2 business days, including instructions.
  • Approved Exchanges
    • We will provide you with a pre-paid Return Label
    • Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will process the replacement order, within 1-2 business days.
    • Standard production times apply to exchanges.
  • Approved Returns
    • Shipping will be paid for by the customer.
    • Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will process the refund within 1-2 business days.
    • You will receive an email confirmation that the refund has been processed.
    • Please allow 5-10 business days to see the credit on your credit card or bank statement.
